My Fitbit says Data Not Cleared Sync & Try again

Hi Can anyone help i Deleted my Versa 2 in my App since it is not syncing i want to create again it might work. But when i did factory reset it went Red with the X and says Data not Cleared, Sync & Tried again.

 

Anyone to help, you might have the same issue before.

Hi @Walker_1220  - Have you tried

In the phone's Bluetooth forget or unpair the Sense entries, restart phone and watch.

Then in the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Click "+ Set up a Device"

Follow the installation instructions
