I have a samsung galaxy s9 plus. The bluetooth connection from my watch to my phone is miniscule and spotty. Earlier I had my phone right next to my watch and my watch wouldn't automatically connect. Sometimes I'll be apprx. 20 feet away from my phone and my watch won't connect, but other times I'll be in the exact same spot and it does. Sometimes I'll be even closed than that and it won't connect, then other times it does while I'm in the same spot. It's really frustrating since it's such an expensive watch that it won't stay connected most of the time and I'm not getting my notifications when this happens. I've restarted my phone and my watch multiple times, I've tried all the things I've seen on the forums but nothing seems to work. Any sort of solution would be helpful as this is very frustrating for me.

Hi @katelucile - it may just be a phone setting issue, I have the same configuration and it works fine.
Check the phone battery settings are not optimising [shutting down] Bluetooth or the Fitbit App. They must be running at all times.
Try the free SimpleCheckUp app. This will tell you when you last synced and if its connecting to the Fitbit App, directly on the watch, so you will know if the phone cannot be reached.
Often a logout of the app, clear the storage cache and force stop it are enough to get syncing working when you login.
After login go to the phone home screen without closing the app and click on the sync popup and wait for the prompts.
Another thing to try is to remove the 2 Sense Bluetooth entries, then do the previous steps. This will make a new pair and link. Also redo On-wrist calls set up.
