Fitbit Sense not switching on

I switched off my watch and the its not switching on anymore it appear fitbit logo all the time

It Affects me too. Only the logo on the screen. Has been like that for 2 days. I restarted like 30 times. And even the battery went to 0.... charged again and again the logo. 

 

What should I do?

perhaps it is the charger..

Ciao, Support ask me to do factory reset as listed below, it is in italian hope it will help, mine its working again now.

 

1. Tieni premuto il pulsante per circa 8 secondi fino a quando lo schermo non si spegne.
2. Dopo lo spegnimento dello schermo, sentirai una breve vibrazione:
3. Una volta sentita la vibrazione, rilasciare il pulsante e premere immediatamente e tenere nuovamente premuto il pulsante.
4. Attendi fino a quando non viene visualizzato il logo Fitbit, una volta scomparso:
Rilascia immediatamente il pulsante e poi premilo immediatamente e tienilo nuovamente premuto, finché non senti una vibrazione.
Dopo aver sentito la vibrazione, rilascia il pulsante.
Questa vibrazione indica che hanno avviato il ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica.

:Una volta fatta questa procedura la preghiamo di configurare nuovamente il Fitbit al suo account.
