Hello,
Fitbit is my favorite fitness tracker. Recently I upgraded my Fitbit Versa Lite to Fitbit Sense. It's been more than a month now, but it's not tracking SpO2 at all. I have the right clock face as well as the app and clock face has full permissions granted. Have also restarted by Fitbit multiple times and fitbit app is always latest version.
Is this known problem woh Fitbit Sense? Or could it be issue with my particular device?
Please help.
Best AnswerSP02 is normally tracked automatically on the app when you go to sleep. It's under "Health Metrics".

Best AnswerI've upgraded from Versa 2 to Sense, have the right clock face, it initially was working but stopped 4 nights ago. I.have also done a hard reset, which in the past would correct the issue. There is no data under health metrics either.

How long have you had the Sense? It takes a few days to get your measurements and baselines for everything.

Best AnswerSince Christmas. It's done all my baselines, and I had the O2 clock face on my Versa 2 as well. As I mentioned, it worked initially, and quit working 4 days ago. Battery has a good charge at night. I've done hard resets to no avail.
Best AnswerHi @Andielyn,
I'd contact Support then. If the Sense has all the baseline measurements done, you should have no problems at this point. You can find the "Help" link at the bottom of the page.

Best Answeroh yes, do please contact Support - and tell us what they say. My guess would be "hard reset", "you aren't wearing it right" and/or "we are working on it". Also, one hour into your day, have a look at "today" on your watch and see what it says about SPO2. Getting it to measure SPO2 is one things; getting it to sync to the app is another.
