  1. 2nd Fitbit Sense in 13 months.. Both times, the face detached. 1st time in the kiddie pool (2ft) with my granddaughter, Fitbit received water damage, died, and the face detached. 2nd time, sitting at my desk and the face detached. Fitbit offered me 35% off a new watch. I can't afford to keep replacing them due to no fault of my own. It looks like I'm going to Garmin

Hi there, @Inaccuratete.

I'm sorry you've had this issue with your Sense, and thanks for your efforts while contacting our Support team. This isn't the type of experience that we want you to have. Your feedback is truly appreciated and rest assured it'll be passed along so we can improve our devices, services and the overall Fitbit experience. Please know you're always welcome back to the Fitbit family.
