Hello i have the Fitbit Sense and it isn't tracking sleep. For whatever reason it usually logs in 2 to 3 hours in the early am but that's it. I did all the things instructed. Adjusted watch, not selected "strart tracking sleep", and let it do it automatically, reset watch, closed app opened it , updated app. I did manage to get it to record some full nights but i was using the app sleep as android linked to it. I would rather it be easy and just work though without the hassle of linking my phone to the device to use sleep as android app. I bought this fitbit specifically for sleep tracking. My last fitbit of a different model worked great.

Hi, @SpamBee, welcome, this article How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? provides guidance and advice. If you are a restless sleeper you may not be still for long enough to trigger the algorithm, look into the settings and try altering the normal/sensitive mode.
I hope this helps, if you are still stuck please post here again.
Cheers
