Hi @Hunzcam1.
There are a couple of things you can try. The first is to press and hold the button on your Sense for 10 seconds, also try cleaning the pins on the charging cable and make sure that none of them are pushed down/stuck in. It might also be worth cleaning the contact points on the back of the Sense.
If you still don't have any luck after this, then I think your only option will be to contact customer support (here).
