Fitbit Sense quit working on 9/6/22 and I can't restart it. I just get the little Fitbit diamond.

Fitbit Sense quit working on 9/6/22 and I can't restart it. I just get the little Fitbit diamond and it goes off again.  I've tried holding down the buttons to restart it and tried letting the battery run down completely and nothing works.

My husband’s did the same! Has anyone found anything to fix it? It’s not even a year old! (To us)

I'm having a similar issue. My sons died yesterday afternoon. I was not at home so when I got home immediately took off my sense and attached it to the charger. That was at 7:00 p.m. eastern time, it's now 4:23 a.m. eastern time and it is completely dead,, no lights anywhere. I really like the sense and I want to keep using it but if this is going to happen after less than a year, heck less than 4 months....

Good morning, I realized earlier this morning that around the pins on the charger was dirty and the holes that the pins go into on the back of the sense we're all so dirty. I clean those and attached the watch the charger again. It took a while before it started charging but it is charging now. So maybe check the pins and the holes that they go into. A soft drily toothbrush worked really well for me
