Hi Guys,

My fitbit sense screen fell off.

It's under 1 year old. Can I get it fixed under warranty?

Thanks

You got a pic?

I’d be interested in seeing the condition.

Meanwhile, I suggest you contact Fitbit support and see about proceeding with a warranty/replacement claim.

i had the same problem today and they told me because i'm out of warranty they won't replace it. it's absurd that fitbit won't acknowledge that this is a design defect on their part that they have a responsibility to fix.

It happened to me again since! It's purely faulty thing about fitbit. I was lucky enough I git replacement twice tho
