Fitbit Sense screen not working

Hey y’all so my FitBit Sense display is not working. It has a full charge and when I try to hard reset it, by holding all 3 buttons after 30 secs it brings up the Fitbit icon but as soon as I let the buttons go it goes back to black. You can feel it vibrating when it touch it but nothing else. Please help me 🙂

not sure what three buttons you are pushing on the sense. There is only the side button.


after the logo disappears and vibrates to signify it is complete, does pushing the side button cause the face to illuminate? If so you have it on button activation and will not see the face continually lit.

@NotUrBarbie - In case you have the Versa, the proper way to reset it would be to press and hold the left and top right buttons until the fitbit logo appears - not all three at once. Please let us know if this helps. If it does not, I suggest contacting Fitbit Support.
