I got my Sense for Christmas. Today was the first day I had enough data to show my skin temperature. Apparently it is -1.5 degrees Fahrenheit. Am I misreading something? I really don’t think I should be frozen...

If you look carefully, I think you will see it says "below baseline". The first few days it was establishing your baseline. Now it reports skin temp relative to your baseline.

If that is the case, where do I see my baseline?

Fitbit doesn't tell you what your baseline temp is; you can see how your skin temp varies and is trending, but not the actual values.
Also note this is not internal temperature, like what you would measure for a fever, so, for me at least, knowing my actual skin temp would have no meaning.

So, that means this does not do what I thought it did and is pretty useless to me...
Also, skin surface temp is usually 2-3 degrees (F) lower than internal temp. example, my internal temp stays around 98 degrees F (my temp is lower than most) My skin temp is typically 95-96 degrees F.

Here is more on temp tracking, with sections on core temp and skin temp.
How can Fitbit help me track my temperature?

Haha, maybe you had some hand cream or something on there that messed with the temperature reading. Had something similar happen after I tried some creams from https://shopmaryann.com/ on my hand to see how the blending is and forgot to wipe it off. The watch reading was super off after that and I couldn't figure out why for a long time.
