Sense won't track my walks accurately

I go for runs and walks. my runs are tracking just fine. I start the exercise and stop the exercise and get my statistics. When I go for a walk, it keeps stopping the tracking and the exercise session. I will cover the same routes so I know the GPS can track my progress. Today I went on a 6 mils walk, I kept watching the sense as best as I could and I could see it stop tracking, so today I went on a 1.41 mile walk, followed by a .16 mile walk and then finally a .27 mile walk when I gave up tracking.

I have done a factory reset and still can't have it track my walks. My ionic worked fine covering the same routes but the Sense does not.

Any ideas?  Thanks

Hi @AJeepDude That is really strange. If you let it auto track, rather than start the Walk exercise does it record properly. As you have tried a Factory Reset all I can suggest is that you contact Support  and see if they are able to help.
