Fitbit Sense stopped working

My FitBit sense has randomly stopped working overnight despite being charged.

It’s not syncing at all from the app. 
I’ve tried putting back in charge and pressing side but nothing.

Also tried changing clock face but that just times out.

I’ve been going backwards and forwards on the site trying to find a way to contact FitBit and getting more and more frustrated. I’ve only had it a couple of months. Any suggestions?

I suggest you contact either Fitbit support on Twitter or contact warranty service directly.
