I purchased the Sense after my Ionics were recalled. Shortly after receiving it the strap kept coming loose whilst wearing. I received a replacement a d in no time the same thing happened. Absolutely a design fault. Can the moderator please stop emailing me offers, I shall switch to another brand which makes watches with a traditional strap. I have no wish to keep changing the straps , my Ionics were brilliant. Please remove me from the database for emails. Thank you

Did the same. Bought the all in one case/band.

I had the same problem. One of the bands broke off. Easy solution: I went on Amazon and bought a replacement. Search "Fitbit Sense Bands" The good thing is that the replacement is not individual straps but a whole solid unit. You just snap the base into it. Cost $21. Problem solved forever.
