My fitbit device stuck on logo and it doesn't work now and even reset following the instructions isn't working as well. The instructions mentioned in couple or answers doesn't help as well
So what can I do?

Mine did the same. Called tech support did nothing and because 1.5 years old did not even offer me a discount for a new one. Glad I paid $300 for a watch that doesn’t even last 2 years. Will never buy fit bit products again!! They know it’s an issue!!
True, Just had a chat with Support team and they are like if its out of warranty best we can do is to give you discount. I mean why would I want a discount to buy a same product having fundamental issues. I can see many people on this forum itself pointed out this issue, which clearly means its a design issue and they know it.
