so my fitbit is being weird as hell. The lights underneath dont work, the clock face isnt working, i cant reset because it only goes to wallet, and i cant connect to my phone to update the tracker. It’s somehow eaten through 30 percent of its battery overnight despite not tracking anything or being on at all. I cant open “today” or “ecg” it just goes to a black screen after a bit. help

Hi @ashteapot - after charging, check if it is syncing with the Fitbit App and if so try a different clock face, preferably a Fitbit one, and see if that helps.

@ashteapot  did you solve your problem? I'm experiencing similar issues after connecting my new Sense and applying the suggested firmware upgrade:

X The default clock face is not appearing, the screen is blank. When I enter Gallery in the Fitbit app I get a message "Continue installing? Some applications did not finish installing. Do you want to continue installing them now? [LATER] [CONTINUE]" Then I see the text "Switching..." in the center of the clock image. It's been in the "Switching..." status for 2 days now.
X None of the applications start, except Wallet.
V Body measurements are working.
V Sync is working.

So far I tried:
* restarted Sense
* restarted the phone (Huawei P30, Android 9.1)
* cleared cache and data of the Fitbit app
* removed sense from the Fitbit app and performed the setup/pairing again
Since I can't get into Settings, I can NOT perform a reset.
