My fitbit sense is suddenly stuck on the fitbit logo after a software sync. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is this a result of the the software upgrade?

Wow, this works after several tries. I got the red X after a few tries, then factory reset couple more times, the got the pop-up message on my phone.
A number of other solutions offered on the forum didn't work out for me.
Customer support was less than useful: Stated that they never heard of the "reboot loop" issue. Asked me find the box, look for the serial number, before they can help.
I'm lucky to find this post. Mucho thanks!!
