Also if there is interior microphones why I can't make call from watch

Thank you for your inquiry about support for Arabic language. Currently this isn't available but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it. 

Regarding outgoing calls this feature isn't available yet but it should be available towards the end of 2020. Keep an eye on the Sense page to read about any updates.
