Just put my new senseless awway. Have an old Charge whuich apart from not being waterproof is great. New SenseLESS is just thatb - done with it!!!

@RogondFit - We can’t help if all you want to post is a general complaint. If you can let us know what problems you’re having, we can try to help. If you respond, please let us know - What specifically is wrong? Which phone do you have? Is your phone’s OS or IOS up to date? Is the Fitbit app updated? Is your Sense updated?

As @SunsetRunner mentioned, it would be great if you can share more details. In the meantime, I suggest you to take a look at the Sense's manual. In case you have un-paired your device, I recommend removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request. Also, please make sure no other mobile devices are nearby as this can interfere with the set up or sync process.
