Hi @callie29 and welcome!

 

Under the watch itself, you should see 2 latches.  These hold the band in place.  If you push the buttons, they should release.  Gently pull the band out.  To put a new band in, push the band into the same place until you hear a soft "click".  That "click" means that the band is securely in place and is ready to use.
