I just received my fitbit sense for Christmas. I have had the fitbit versa for 2 1/2 years, it is great and I love it!!! But the fitbit sense will NOT hook to Bluetooth??? I tried every idea people had to make it work? Nothing worked ( reinstall fitbit app? Turn on and off bluetooth? Start all over several times), So I gave up. I really hope you guys do a update to fix this problem. I did read quite a few people have the same problem. It's a bummer, but I will use what works on it, and continue to workout with it.

You might want to return it while you can and take the extra cash to treat yourself better than Fitbit treats their users!  The Bluetooth will not connect, You may not be able to get the SpO2 to work, The steps are off.... Your Versa was the better tracker!  Fitbit may claim to have a fix coming soon but after nearly a year... No they don't!  Learn from our mistake and return the Sense while you can!!!
