Bought Fitbit Sense Feb 26/21 contacted Fitbit support Sept 20/22 because my Sense became blank while on charger. It does not respond to side button or engaging / disengaging charger. 571 days from purchase to it's death. Paid $485.84 including tax in CAD. So it has only cost me $.85 per day to own this now useless device. Contacted customer support and was told that I am past one year warranty period. All they can do is offer me 35% discount. Then after trying to use the code they offered me I realized that it can't be used against the purchase of anything comparable. Fitbit doesn't have stock of Sense, only Sense 2 and Versa 4 both of which are not included in the list of items I can purchase with the discount code. Terrible product and terrible customer service. I just hope that sharing my experience will prohibit others from making the same mistake I did.

Hi @Denpel - just on the off chance, a lot of people have charging problems - did you check this link for instructions on cleaning and the charge cable? How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
