Fitbit Sense

The display from my watch has stopped and I cannot see the time or use any features direct from my watch. The watch still syncs to my phone and I get all information from my watch but cannot use the watch’s functions direct

Hi, @BillHedders, have you tried to restart your "Sense"? Squeeze the side button for about 20 seconds until the Fitbit Logo appears then release it. After about 30 seconds you should be back in business.

If this does not work try changing your clock face in the Fitbit app on your phone. From the "Today" screen touch your icon in the top left corner>Sense tile>gallery>clocks and choose a "By Fitbit" alternative clock face.

Should both of these suggestions fail to bring you any progress contact "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.

many thanks, I have tried these and Fitbit have now agreed to replace my watch
