My Fitbit Sense won’t leave the watch face. I can’t get to settings to reset it and I’ve done a 10 second hold and everything else I’ve found on the forums. I tried going through the app, resetting it, removing it from my phone, and it still just sits on the Home Screen. I know the screen works because I can tap it on when it sleeps. The watch is just over a year old.

Couple of things to try.
Put your sense on the charger and then hold the left button for 15 to 20 seconds.
If this doesn't help, then allow the sense to drain the battery over the next several days. This should effectively cause a forced restart/logic reset of the device. Charge it back up and see if the issue is resolved.

Hi @Jmuckenthaler - try double tapping the watch face and swio8it to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable the Always On icon and enable the wrist wake icon.

Hi @Positive_Wahine - if your watch gets hot when wearing it remove it immediately to avoid wrist burns, if it gets hot when charging stop immediately, as it is dangerous.
This behaviour is usually indicative of water getting in causing internal damage.
If it's still under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law and extra coverage, the quickest way to resolve it is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement.
