Too many alarms message - but cannot access to delete any

How do I delete alarms? Every time I push the alarm tab it says there are too many alarms set and I must delete some but then it doesn't allow me to get back to that screen. I've seen the question from 2017; but, the options for silent alarms is no longer available as an option separate from the Sense.

Update:  I had been trying to tap on the "warning" message and nothing would happen or the dimmed item that was below the message.  I accidentally taped and moved my finger and noticed that I could SCROLL UP.  The alarms were above the warning message.  I thought the screen was "fixed" and did not realize that I could scroll up.

Hi @harrymanj  - yes scrolling the full message down should give you the alarms and ,click on any alarm and scroll up to remove it.

Alarms can also be set using voice assistant, if you enabled it, there you can add a label and future dates and times also, which isn't an option available when entering on the watch , only days of the week.
