Nothing happened to my Sense but it won't charge.
When I plug it into the charger into any outlet, nothing happens.
When I plug it into my laptop, the screen shows an empty battery and 0% in red. Then goes blank after a second.
So the cord is working, it is connecting, but not charging.

Hi, @MabelMonday welcome to the community, you may be interested in this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? which provides you with advice and guidance. There are a lot of posts about issues with the charging cable, briefly check the 4 pins in the cable pad, and clean the back of your "Sense".
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Hi, I have exactly same problem - showing just red 0% for a second. I tried everything - cleaned ,replugged , but nothing happened. Did you get your Sense working?

Try a variety of chargers. Particularly a higher current charger- quick charger or turbo charger etc. The battery on these devices seems to fail sometimes when the voltage drops below what most chargers can charge from.
Try not to let the battery drain below 5 or 10% before charging. Not always possible, I know. As the battery ages even letting the battery drain to around 10% may be too low, so charge at 20 or 30% if possible.
