Fitbit Wallet vs Visa still....

Has anyone been successful in adding their Chase Visa to Fitbit wallet??  I have done every single fix suggested by the tech team, multiple times and still cannot do it.  It used to work, which is what has me so frustrated.  Google Pay is not available on Sense so I just wonder if anyone has had success?

I have the Sense 2, but it was simple for me.  I got a notice it was going to be de-activated soon;  just waited for precise notification, forget if in email or on device; not sure I remember exactly what I did but think just went into Fitbit Pay wallet, tapped on Chase Visa card which was still there, and that apparently confirmed it, and next time I tried it worked, though I made sure it was for a small purchase and I had cash in case it didn't work.  So there was no removal and re-adding of card; just a matter of re-confirming it or some such; very simple for me.

I have first edition Sense....wish it was that simple.
