Can you help me fix an issue happening all day, my Fitbit app isn’t allowing me to open any sub menus? It also hasn’t synced with nutracheck for the last 4 days. Although this is now working the other way around, nutracheck is picking up my activity now.

Hi @Jennywren51 - did you try logging out of the Fitbit App, swipe of the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it before restarting the phone, and watch and then login and sync again to get the latest information?

Thank you so much for your advice. I did switch everything off for a while, phone and watch, and when I switched her back on, it all seemed to work better.
But I’ll keep your suggestion in case it ever happens again.
