My new sense Fitbit stopped synching. I tried to turn bluetooth off and on and it did not work. I removed the app from the phone and tried to download it. Google play says it is installed but it is not showing on my phone anywhere. There is no option in google play to uninstalled and start again. I tried restarting the fitbit and nothing happened. Any ides?

Have you tried restarting your phone? When you go to your phones settings - apps, the Fitbit app isn't listed here?

I tried restart. The fitbit app is not under my phone settings. It was before I uninstalled but not anymore
