Hello @J_M1993 and welcome to the Community. I apologize if I am misreading your post. If you are having problems with the band that comes with the watch, there are no magnets. It is a spring loaded mechanical latch. Pages 15-16 of the Sense manual describe how to remove and reattach a band. If there is a torn piece of something stuck next to the pebble, a jeweler or watch repair shop might be able to help you.
