Fitbit device keeps vibrating when I already answered the call

I have an issue where I will receive the incoming call notification on my watch but it will continue to show and vibrate, even after answering the call or letting it go to voicemail. Hitting the answer or hang up while in the call disrupts the call.  It is extremely annoying so I hope others know how to fix this. Running iPhone 12 with iOS 16

Since it's related to the call notifications I'd recommend to try the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Sense > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Sense and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification one more time.

Reset watch by holding side button until Fitbit logo comes on then let it process. 

I got the 12 and it’s happened to me a few times.

ios 16.3.1 as well.

 

may need to restart phone as well.

Thank you, I have restarted everything,  Seems stable enough just every now and then it happens but at least it is not everytime like it was.
