My Fitbit didn’t synch well with my iphone. Hence i tried to detach my Sense from the app, reinstalled Fitbit app, restarted my Sense, removed Sense and Sense controls from paired devices on phone and tried to re-pair them. The app went on searching for the device for 2 hrs and still wouldn’t find it. I tried from another phone and facing same issue.
I tried every debugging step possible. Restarting and connecting sense to charger, restarting iphone, reinstalling app , turned bluetooth off/on etc.
when i try to contact support i get an error message in every browser.
