I only have fitbit logo showing since 9/10 on my fitbit sense. Spent 45 minutes with fitbit on the phone and with at least 86 people same day same issue, all fibit sends is warranty up and buy a new one.

They did not help. They advised the warranty is up and to but a new one. This is obviously a fitbit issue as others have had the same issue on the same day with the same device.
