The LED on the back panel is always glowing red

  • Heart rate is not measured
  • The number of steps is only counted
  • Battery runs out quickly
  • Rebooted device, factory reset, updated Sense, used up battery to empty, all with no improvement
  • Fitbit Sense firmware version: 44.128.6.17
  • Problem from 2023/9/4 19:00 JST

It's been 3 weeks since my inquiry, but I have not received a response from support.
Also, my Sense finally stopped turning on...
I bought this watch for $280, but it broke within 3 years.
