Full Sleep data but for 0 minutes?

I checked and saw this was a pre-Sense pre-Google Fitbit issue from around 2018 and it looks like it came back for me.  Some screenshots:

Anyone else see this happen lately?

Should I go through the exhausting, stressful, and time-consuming process of contacting Fitbit Support or just wait for them to send through an app update which usually fixes these kinds of bugs?

My sleep data was correct this morning, so the issue might not be widespread. If it was a one time occurrence I would not go into too much troubleshooting and detailed diagnostics right off the bat. That's just my personal opinion. Maybe start with a restart of both phone & watch and see what happens tomorrow after sleeping again?

It was actually Sunday's (9/24/23) data:

Sorry, I didn't notice that. Attached pictures do not show up well on this forum, hard to read. Looks like it worked correctly twice since Sunday? Maybe just a one time glitch and not too much to worry about?

Maybe.  What is really weird and I should have initially mentioned it was that the initial time data was filled in.  Sometime in the last 24 hours it changed to 0 in the app.  Also, when I check on the weekly graph at the top and hover the time asleep is filled in there (like all the other graphs and data it didn't get deleted to equal 0 minutes of sleep, but on this one spot the time actually shows if I hover and take a screenshot when doing so, which is hard because my hands are small).  Leaving it large so the time can be read:

I also did try contacting FB Support and got as much help trying to report my issue as the amount of minutes it says I slept for on every location but this one.  Wouldn't even allow me to send screenshots and said all they could tell me to do was a factory reset when this is clearly an app glitch.

Wow, whoops. I definitely would not factory reset my watch for a one time glitch in the app.

Hi @Scott337  - this is an app issue and as @Scott337 says a factory reset is not going to help.

However try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Login again and sync, it may retroactively fix the issue.

I actually did that.  And got a FB app update show up when I restarted my phone but the glitch is still there.
