Is anyone else disappointed with fitbit extended insurance? If you don't have time time sign up for it in the limited 3 times they announce it you are out of luck. It would be helpful if they could send an email letting you know so it could be arranged on another device. We love the device and the software but their window allowing you to protect this device is disappointing.
New owners please make sure you get this when fitbit tells you that you can.

@glenwoodbarn can you reach out to Customer Support? Perhaps they will extend the offer. I'm curious coz I never got such an offer.

Yes, I talked to them and they are very unapologetic about their policy. If you miss the 3 alerts which look like a standard advertisement you are completely out of luck. A simple email letting me know about it would have sufficed. This is my biggest complaint so far.
