My sense stops syncing at least once a week. Very difficult to sync l have a galaxy s10 +. Extremely frustrating. Go through all of steps of restarting Bluetooth, phone, logging out of app, uninstalling app. Can't link to wifi either. I love my sense, but this is getting too frustrating and troublesome.

Have a look at your power optimization.
Make sure that Bluetooth [hidden system app] and Fitbit aren't optimized.
Its probably not necessary to reinstall the Fitbit app, after logout of app, go to Settings, Apps, Fitbit, Storage and clear cache [not data]
Keeping the phone and watch in good proximity might also help keep the connection and avoid being too close to interfering equipment.
PS. You don't say if you shutdown the watch, reboot the phone, restart the watch.
