New Sense not charging

Had for 3 days, will not charge.  Please advise.  Yes I’ve tried turning it off and back on again, cleaning contacts on sense and on charger also done, also plugged directly into wall outlet and not on an extension cord.  Please advise.

Turning it off and back on should not affect the charging - it should charge whether it is turned on or off.  Have you tried using another USB 3 port to plug the charger cable into?

Yes I just tried that after you advised it and still no luck.

@SunsetRunner, thanks for taking the time to troubleshot your Sense prior to posting. Just to confirm, by turning it off and on do you refer to the restart process? Please make sure to restart your watch as described in this help article, check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable one more time. Leave your device plugged in to the charging cable for at least 30 minutes.
