Hi,
my fitbit sense which I had since Dec,2021 was working fine. All of a sudden, it stopped working today and is just has a message "To start, download Fitbit App". I have restarted my sense a few times and it didn't work. I don't know if there's a manual reset for the Fitbit sense.pls help.

It sounds like your Sense has lost its connection to your account. I would suggest going through the setup process again to reconnect: in the app, select your profile image and then select "set up a device"
