The SpO2 clock faces and SpO2 tracker app are known to use more battery, circa 2 days per charge. Without them you should get close to 6 days per charge, but then you won't have the information.
Other clock faces may also drain the battery, its a matter of testing them individually, also on a regular basis as updates are supposedly deployed during charging and new problems may be introduced.

There haven't been any updates for the Sense for a while, though the Fitbit App has been updated quite a bit.
Click on these links to see the details of updates for the Sense firmware and Fitbit App, Although not appearing officially 3.39.2 is available on Android and 3.39.1 for IOS, you can get them from the relevant play store on your phone, and they may come automatically ifthe phone is setup that way.
