Hi, @Sharafmusthafa, have you tried "Restarting" your "Sense". Hold the side button for about 20 seconds and release it once the Fitbit logo appears, after about 35 seconds the clock face should display and normal service resumed. Is your "Sense" charged? Sync and check the little battery icon in the top right corner of your "Today" screen in your phone app.

Let us know how you get on by posting here again.

Cheers

Hii, I tried restarting the sense by pressing the power button, it restarts
and shows the Fitbit logo and no progress then.

Hi, @Sharafmusthafa, Allowing your "Sense" is charged I think your best way forward will be to talk to "Customer Support" and use the Chat facility or the phone for a prompt response.

Cheers

Hii, Thank you for your reply. I did contacted the support team and they
says no service is available for the Fitbit sense as the warranty is over 8
months ago, Fitbit can’t replace my 300+ USD worth watch and I should throw
it to garbage. Extremely disappointed ☹️

HI, @Sharafmusthafa, It's a pity you are having this experience. Did you check the state of charge as suggested in my earlier post?

Let us know.

Cheers

This has been happening to me as well. I also talked to costumer service, the guys were telling me to do things that I told them at the beginning I did everything possible and after like 1 hour they told me that they are sending this to the warranty department. I got the same email telling me that it is out of the warranty period and I have to buy another one. After wearing fitbit for 10 years, and also having the subscription for fitbit premium I am so disappointed, I may even consider another brand instead of a new sense that could get unwearable again

Hi, @bherk29, welcome, If you have not used your "Sense" for some time the battery may have discharged completely. Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  provides considerable advice & guidance. I note that the "Sense" needs to be on charge for at least 30 minutes. In my experience, it may be as long as an hour before you see signs of life. Patience is a virtue. Pay particular attention to the charge cable pins and clean the back of your device.

If unused for a while you may find the best way forward is to go to the app in your phone app tray, clear the cache and force stop the app. Unless you have newer O/S than Android 10 or iOS14 do not delete the app, these O/S versions are the minimum that now supports the Fitbit app.

Go to your Bluetooth settings and "Forget" the "Sense" & "Sense control" now you should pair your newly charged "Sense" to the app again. You may find this video a convenient reference point.

I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.

Cheers

Hi, @bherk29 , allowing you have followed my earlier advice, in particular in the final paragraph I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" using the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response. If you are out of warranty they will say so, even if this is the case I would expect them to offer constructive advice.

Cheers

I was using it every day when this happened. Battery at 100%. I had done the forget device etc. this is a watch defect

I had talked to costumer service twice. Their “constructive advice” was that they offer me a 30% discount to buy a new sense. It is a shame that Fitbit does not stand for their long time PREMIUM costumers.

Hi I am afraid you don’t understand that the issue is the sense itself and this is a defect of the sense that needs to be addressed by fitbit replacing these watches at no charge
