My fitbit sense has locked, I've tried a reset without phone. Didn't work. No option on the Fitbit app to unlock ??

Hi @Marley23 on your app go to yout account page (icon/avatar in top left) and select your Sense. On the Sense page scroll right down to the bottom and select Device Lock. If that doesn't allow you to unlock the Sense you will need to contact Fitbit Support . I hope you get it sorted!
