Fitbit sense was at around 50 percent today when it died 😞 and it won’t turn on, I’ve tried different sockets and left it for ages before trying hard reset and still won’t turn on.
I bought it as a present for my mother for Christmas. Can anyone help ?

I'd take it back to the retailer and see if they would be able to do an exchange. Something was wrong with the battery, and even a Battery Test wouldn't help at this point.
