Hi @always0298  - quite a common problem often resolved by cleaning or replacing the the charge cable.

Thanks for reply have tried various chargers and cables , watch did get very hot during one charge

@always0298  - thanks, it's not good if it gets hot and will need replacing.

 

If it's still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country, take it back to where you bought it for a new replacement
