Fitbit sense order had not arrived and returned to shipper

Dear sir or madam,

 

May I ask why was my item (FITBIT SENSE) returned to shipper?

 

I called DHL and DHL explained that the item is still in HONGKONG and Had not arrived in my address.

 

What should I do now?
