My Fitbit stopped working. At first it wasn't charging so I thought it was a bad charger so I bought a new cable. It turned on with the new cable but now the screen is completely unresponsive. And all of a sudden now both charger cables work. Is there a way to do a factory reset without having to go through the menu? My Fitbit doesn't have a side button to just hold down.

I got the watch to reset and it is still unresponsive to any touch. I bought the watch a year and a half ago so I'm assuming it's not longer under warranty and I'm just out of luck on this?

Same boat. Mine started glitching, as in the screen was flashing and going to different screens. Then it acted like it restarted and the logo just stayed on the screen. I got it to restart, then the Celsius logo stayed on the screen and it wouldn’t do anything. After a few hours it shut down (had 65% battery life prior to this) and now it won’t turn on at all. Purchased 6/2021. I’ve had fitbits since 2014 and almost every device I’ve had quit working right about after the 1 year mark. The Sense 2 has crap reviews. Highly considering another brand going forward.
