Fitbit sense side “button” not working

The button on the side has just stopped working, I rebooted the device twice and fully charged but no change. I have had the device only for two months it is brand new. Any advice on how to resolve?

It's only two months, my advice is contact Fitbit support.

 

Edit: This is really weird. My "button" died just now. Not exactly the same, Sense went dead as well. Normally it will lit up when I reconnect it with the charger, but now, absolutely nothing...🤔😱
