Fitbit sense started over

My sense randomly restarted and now says to start download the Fitbit app. I have the app already but the sense won't connect to my phone. It was synced until 25 minutes ago. I have had some trouble keeping it connected in the past. I can't get notifications on the sense.

Remove the app and reinstall it on your phone. See if that helps.
