What is the horizontal lines on the left and right sides in the trim?

I would try a shutdown through the settings. Those lines are not suppose to be there. @Gotaquestiin

No its not on the face its in the trim on the sides came like that but nothing tells me what theu are on each side

Are you asking about the slots in the trim on each side? This is to isolate the 2 contacts for the ECG App.
