Hi @Mike-jake,
Are the contacts and the ports on the charger and device both clean? If they're not, then that's probably why it's not charging. There needs to be a strong connection between the charger and your device in order for it to charge.
Also, how long did you leave it on the charger? You need to leave it on the charger for at least 2 hours to get a decent charge.

Ha guys I'm having same issue suddenly needed charged but both are clean and isn't why not charging. Did have any ideas. Mines just over a yr old got for Xmas present last yr. So not old.

Did all above no difference at all . Weird how there's lots having same issue same few days but are they all same watches as new forum and were they all brought just on year ago and faulty watch maybe.

Mines been sorted and resolve finished now, hope help oftens in the same situation. Talk to support team if done all troubleshooting.
